What the Academy Is

And at the end, you'll walk away with a ready 90-day action plan — a document you can open on Monday and know exactly what comes next.

Your DISC Profile

Part of the Academy is something that changes the way you sell and lead people. You'll discover your own behavioural style through DISC and learn to recognise the style of your clients and your team. When you understand who's in front of you, selling stops being pressure and becomes a conversation. And communicating with your team becomes easy, because you're speaking their language.

Every participant also receives access to a separate online seminar dedicated entirely to DISC in business — how to read your client in seconds, how to sell to each of the four types, and how to motivate the different people around you.
